A Chicken Lasagna Recipe For Those Movie Nights (rajiv tiwari)

Ingredients:

* Olive Oil
* 1 onion, finely chopped
* 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
* 100 grams of salami, finely chopped
* 600 grams of chicken mince
* 2 tablespoons tomato pur?e
* 3 teaspoons dried oregano
* 800 g can of plum tomatoes, chopped
* ? cup chicken stock
* 60 grams butter
* 70 grams all-purpose flour
* 600 ml milk
* freshly grated nutmeg
* 250 g no-cook lasagne sheets
* 1 block parmesan
* 100 g mozzarella, grated

Directions:

1. To start making the sauce for the lasagna recipe, fry the onion and garlic in a wide saucepan in olive oil. Keep stirring and frying till it's soft but not translucent.

2. Add in the salami along with the minced chicken and stir thoroughly to make sure the chicken cooks well for the lasagna sauce.

3. Let the meat cook, stirring it frequently until it's faintly browned all over. Season the lasagna sauce recipe and add the tomato pur?e, oregano, chopped tomatoes and stock.

4. Bring to a boil, and allow it to cook constantly for about 20 minutes. It should be thick, red sauce that isn't watery.

5. Make the white sauce for the lasagna by melting the butter in a saucepan. Quickly stir in the flour and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Slowly pour in the milk, stirring constantly.


6. Keep stirring over a low flame until it thickens and bubbles, making sure it doesn't burn.

7. Grate in the nutmeg to add a perfect flavour for the lasagna and then add some salt and pepper. Stir thoroughly and remove it from the flame.

8. Assemble the lasagna by spreading a part of the chicken sauce on the base of the lasagna baking dish. Add another layer of lasagne noodles on top and cover.

9. Spread a thin layer of white sauce on top and grate over some parmesan cheese. Add another layer of the lasagna noodles and repeat the previous step.

10. Now pour in and spread a little more of the chicken sauce on top. Keep repeating the layers again and again till you've used up all the remaining ingredients of the lasagna. Your top layer should consist of the noodles followed by the cheese.

11. Bake the lasagna in a preheated oven for around 30-40 minutes till the dish is cooked through.

12. Your lasagna recipe is ready to be enjoyed for that much anticipated movie night!

A Frozen Pizza Recipe For Those Lazy Days (rajiv tiwari)

Pizza is a universal favourite of people. Sometimes, when you're just not in the mood to cook, a frozen pizza recipe can be a blessing. Just get your pizza recipe out, get it ready and enjoy yourself in front of your favourite TV show in peace.

Ingredients For Pizza Recipe:

* 1 pound pizza dough, store-bought
* 1 cup tomato sauce

Ingredients For Toppings:

* Saut?ed Mushrooms
* Cooked and sliced sausages
* Diced bell peppers
* Bacon (optional)
* 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions:

1. Pre-heat the oven to 230?C to start your pizza recipe.

2. Put a baking sheet on a middle of the oven to cook the pizza recipe as it heats.

3. Roll out the pizza dough in half to make two separate pizzas for your lazy night. Place the ball of dough in the middle of a clean, floured surface and flatten it to your preferred thinness. Repeat the process with the other ball of dough.

4. Slide the base of the pizza recipe onto the baking sheet in the oven. Make sure the bottom is slightly floured.

5. Bake for around 5 minutes until the pizza dough is puffy and dry on the top, but still very pale.

9. Once frozen, remove the pizza recipes from the freezer and wrap them first in cling film. Then, wrap the pizzas in a layer of aluminium foil to ensure that your pizza stays fresh and moist and doesn't go stale and dry in the freezer.

10. You can freeze your pizza recipes for up to three months.

11. Whenever you feel ready to eat the pizzas you've made, start off by preheating the oven to 290?C.

12. If you have a baking stone for the pizza recipe, place it in the oven as it heats. Unwrap the pizza recipes and slide them into the oven for a delicious meal.

13. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the crust is dark brown and the cheese is slightly brown, but not burnt. It should be nicely bubbling.

There are a lot of people out there who absolutely love dairy products or more specifically who love cakes but cannot eat them because of cholesterol problems. Such people have been advised by their doctors to stay away from eggs and milk especially. Now eggs are a crucial part of the cake; an ingredient that holds the cake together. Milk is another important ingredient but cake recipes have been developed over time to cater to the needs of those people who cannot eat products with milk or eggs in them. This is one such cake recipe that will surely be a huge hit with all those people who are under restrictions.

The ingredients used in the cake recipe to make six servings are:

One and a half cup of sifted unbleached all-purpose flourTwo teaspoons of baking powderHalf a teaspoon of baking sodaQuarter a teaspoon of saltThree quarters of a cup of white sugarEgg replacer - three tablespoons (dry form)Four tablespoons of waterSour cream - one cupHalf a teaspoon of vanilla extractQuarter cup of fresh blueberriesQuarter cup of chopped walnuts (this addition is up to you)Five tablespoons of white sugarTwo tablespoons of soy margarineHalf a teaspoon of ground cinnamonThe procedure to follow for this type of cake recipe is:An oven is heated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. The mixture is mixed with a fork until it looks like a cornmeal which means it should not look smooth. The topping is then sprinkled over the batter in any way that you like.

The cake is then baked in an oven that has been preheated for about twenty to twenty-five minutes. Another way to ensure that the cake has been thoroughly cooked is to insert a toothpick in the batter. When and if it is properly heated, the toothpick will come out of the crown of the batter on its own. Before you serve the cake, it is advisable that you cool the cake a little.
