Pasta Dishes For Enjoyable Mealtime

Du kan g?re din m?ltiderne sjovere ved at tjene pastaretter i forskellige former s?som bogstaver, stjerner, hjul osv og de er den all-time favorit af b?rn. Hvis du bruger t?rret pasta, er det tilr?deligt at simre i yderligere 5-10 minutter indtil det bliver kogt. Opskrifter til pastaretter

Springtime pastaret

Ingredienser n?dvendige for pastaret:

Penne - 400 gramsShredded gr?nk?l - 200 gramsChopped bacon - 100 gramsFinely skiver r?dl?g - 1, mediumSoft ost - 100 gramsGrated parmesan til servering

Forberedelse: I saltet vand kog pastaen. I de sidste 2 minutter, tilf?je gr?nk?l og derefter dr?ne det. Reserve lidt af madlavning vandet. I mellemtiden, i en non-stick pan, t?r steger bacon indtil det bliver spr?de. Tage det fra panden og derefter l?be off fedtet. Efterlade omkring en teskefuld fedt. Steg l?g forsigtigt i fedt i 3 minutter, indtil det bliver bl?dt. I gryden, tip gr?nk?l og den kogte pasta. Derefter r?r ost og bacon. Hvis blandingen er t?rre, derefter tilf?je en lille smule af pasta kogevandet. Tjene fadet i en sk?l, spredt med revet parmesan, hvis du foretr?kker.

Asparges fl?de pasta

Ingredienser:

Asparges - 1 bunchDouble creme - 142 millilitrePeeled hvidl?gsfed - 2Half barberet, halvt revet parmesan - 50 gramsTagliatelle - 250 gram

Forberedelse: Cut off woody enderne af asparges til at forberede dem. S? b?r du p?nt afsk?ret tips fra stilke. Holde stilke og tips separat. I en gryde, bring hvidl?g og creme z i kog. Tag det fra varmen og take off hvidl?g og holde det til side. I de kogende saltet vand, koge stilke 5 minutter indtil de bliver m?re. Dr?ne dem og tilf?je dem i cremen sammen med revet parmesan. Pisk med en stavblender, indtil det bliver glat. Kog pastaen efter anvisningerne p? pakken, og derefter tilf?je tips mod de sidste 2 minutter af kogetiden. Genopvarmning fl?den forsigtigt. H?ld vandet fra pastaen og derefter tilf?je det i en sk?l sammen med cremen. Kaste dem indtil alt er blandet godt. Opdele i pasta sk?le. F?r servering top det med parmesan.

Pasta Dishes For Enjoyable Mealtime

The pasta dishes are some of the easiest dishes to prepare and they are enjoyed by everyone especially the children. You could make your mealtime more enjoyable by serving pasta dishes in different shapes such as letters, stars, wheels etc. and they are the all-time favourite of kids. For young pasta eaters, you could introduce finger-friendly sizes like spirals, radiator and ziti. And, the leftovers can be added to your favourite soups and surely the kids will love eating the soup. If you are using dry pasta, it is advisable to simmer it for extra 5 to 10 minutes till it gets cooked. If you have a special preference for some recipes, you should make them in larger quantity and the leftovers could be saved for later use. This works best for pasta dishes that are baked like lasagne.

Recipes for pasta dishes

Springtime pasta dish

Ingredients required for the pasta dish:

Penne - 400 gramsShredded kale - 200 gramsChopped bacon - 100 gramsFinely sliced red onion - 1, mediumSoft cheese - 100 gramsGrated parmesan for serving

Preparation: In salted water, boil the pasta. In the last 2 minutes, add the kale and then drain it. Reserve a little of the cooking water. Meanwhile, in a non-stick pan, dry fry the bacon till it turns crispy. Take it off from the pan and then drain off the fat. Leave behind about one teaspoon of fat. Fry the onion gently in the fat for 3 minutes till it becomes soft. Into the pan, tip the kale and the cooked pasta. Then, stir in the cheese and the bacon. If the mixture is dry, then add a little bit of the pasta cooking water. Serve the dish in a bowl, scattered with grated parmesan, if you prefer.

Asparagus cream pasta

Ingredients:

Asparagus - 1 bunchDouble cream - 142 millilitrePeeled garlic cloves - 2Half shaved, half grated parmesan - 50 gramsTagliatelle - 250 grams

Preparation: Cut off the woody ends of the asparagus to prepare them. Then you should neatly cut the tips off from the stalks. Keep the stalks and the tips separately. In a saucepan, bring the garlic and cream to z boil. Remove it from the heat and take off the garlic and keep it aside. In the boiling salted water, cook the stalks for 5 minutes till they become tender. Drain them and then add them into the cream along with the grated parmesan. Whisk with a hand blender till it becomes smooth. According to the instructions on the pack, cook the pasta and then add the tips towards the last 2 minutes of the cooking time. Reheat the cream gently. Drain the pasta and then add it into a bowl along with the cream. Toss them till all is mixed well. Divide into pasta bowls. Before serving top it with parmesan.
